How feedback is used

Feedback may inform revisions and future Relearn2Live materials. Words are used publicly only according to the permission choice you make in the form, including requests for anonymity or privacy.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in a restricted database. They are not made public, sold, or used to create public reader profiles. Please avoid including sensitive health or financial information in open text fields.
