About

You are not the car. You are the driver.

See your life through the R2Lens.

Life does not happen to you, it happens for you. Relearn2Live is a daily life operating system for happiness, purpose, clarity and momentum. It is designed for simplicity in today's busy world. Three phases. Four pillars. One life only you are designed to lead.

The book is the front door. This site is the hub. Our channels are the ongoing classroom for turning awareness into action, one pillar, one choice, and one reset at a time.

This is bigger than one voice. Relearn2Live is being fueled by our team, collaborators, and a rapidly growing community of readers learning to take the wheel together.

The lived story

This was not written from theory.

In 2016, Jimmy Ricard was 217 pounds, recovering from another torn-up knee, and watching the life he had built start to unravel. The rebuild did not arrive as one dramatic breakthrough. It came through repeated small choices: movement, food, reflection, responsibility, and learning how to listen again.

By 2026, the visible transformation mattered. But the deeper transformation was learning to pay attention, experiment honestly, and rebuild one day at a time. Relearn2Live grew out of that lived process.

This is not a before and after. This is a rebuild that never stops.

Beyond the book

A framework, a community, and a practical reset.

Relearn2Live is not just a book launch. It is a growing education community for rebuilding how you think, eat, move, heal, age, relate, and live. This is not about perfection. It is about learning to live with more clarity, balance, discipline, and intention.
