Pillar

#EgoLow

Quiet the interference so the driver can hear the highest signal before choosing a direction.

Daily question: What can I quiet long enough to hear?

Teaching map for #EgoLow: quiet the interference so the driver can hear the highest signal before choosing a direction.
Get quiet before you steer. Quieting interference is not the same as low self-worth.

How it fits

#EgoLow is the first pillar in Awaken and Align, and the last movement of Ease. It creates enough space to notice what is happening before you choose a direction.

People may use silence, prayer, breathing, meditation, or movement. The function is the same: reduce noise long enough to hear.

In practice

Get quiet. Choose a repeatable way to reduce noise.

Understand the noise. Notice old wounds, repeated reactions, and outside inputs that may be distorting what you see.

Read your signal. C's suggest clarity: Calm, Clear, Creative, Compassionate. D's suggest drift: Drained, Distracted, Dull, Defensive.

Return to the practice. The world will get loud again. Return during Align and finish Ease by returning to stillness.
