Practice
Try a Daily Cycle
Build a daily rhythm you can revisit. Awaken and Align follow #EgoLow, #PressYourPurpose, #CellFish, #Prep4Purpose. Ease reverses that order.
A few minutes at one or two transitions · Ordinary days, including imperfect ones
What you need
Paper or notes, and one transition you already have (waking, a midday pause, or closing the day).
Steps
- Write one personal prompt for #EgoLow: What can I quiet long enough to hear?
- Write one prompt for #PressYourPurpose: Where can my specific gifts help something I care about today?
- Write one prompt for #CellFish: If yesterday's total consumption became aquarium water, what would I add and remove?
- Write one prompt for #Prep4Purpose: What does today require of this body and this environment?
- Try Awaken or Align in the written order. If you close the day, reverse the order for Ease: prepare to recover, close inputs, acknowledge meaning, then return to stillness.
- Adjust the tactics, timing and duration to fit your life while keeping the three phases and their pillar order. Choose a version you can repeat in your actual life. Build on it as your capacity and circumstances change.
An example
A parent with a short morning might quiet the phone for one minute, name one contribution that fits the day, drink water, and set out what the first obligation actually requires. In the evening, they might begin with a comfortable way to release the day’s physical tension, reduce late inputs, acknowledge what mattered and return to stillness.

What is a realistic version for your present circumstances?
